Mentor Program

New families: Welcome to Claremont! We are very happy that you are joining our school’s community. To help you settle into your first year at Claremont, we are offering a Mentor Program. Mentors are seasoned Claremont parents who have volunteered to serve as a point-of-contact for new families, answer questions, and provide friendly support.

If you would like to be matched with a mentor, please contact:

Are you interested in welcoming new families to Claremont?  Become a Mentor!
The PTA Outreach Committee is seeking Claremont parents/family members to be  Mentors for new families and for returning families who are still learning the ropes.

What are Mentors and what do they do?
Mentors are friendly and patient, and willing to take the time to share information and provide guidance about Claremont. They are familiar with Claremont and eager to help new families understand Claremont’s communication system (listservs, Tuesday Packet), programs, events, and academic matters. Mentors reach out to new families with a warm welcome, invite them to meet up at school events, and serve as a resource throughout the year.

Would you like to volunteer to be a mentor? If so, please contact:
